Request Payment Plan

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the continued need for social distancing the Overland Park Municipal Court is allowing defendants to request payment plans for cases where a plea and finding has been entered and an outstanding balance is owed to the court.

Your request for a payment plan will be reviewed by the judge who will determine your eligibility. A payment plan is not guaranteed. You will be notified whether or not your request has been approved.
